Eça de Queirós

Portrait of the writer on pages from his own work "o crime do padre
Amaro". Novelist, Eça de Queirós was born in 1845 and died in
1900. Besides being a writer, he was a lawyer and also a journalist.
The author's works are part of Portuguese Realism. Anti-
romanticism is the main characteristic of his narratives.
The irregularity of the work and the textures were left
preposterously, thus also demonstrating the flaws and the various
representations of what it is to be an artist.
